Bridget prides herself on serving succulent, homemade cuisine. Together with her efficient, endearing staff, heartfelt recipes are created using local Gippsland produce wherever possible. The Bay Gourmet offers a diverse range of tantalising breakfast and lunch dishes – in house and take away – while tempting bar snacks are available throughout the day. A juice bar, utilising fresh, seasonal fruit and vegetables blended with preferred herbs and spices, adds a concentrated vitamin kick to the delectable menu.
