Danny OBrien was in Mirboo North Tuesday 29th Sept conducting a “listening to the community” session. Danny has been unable to get out and about due to covid rules so was happy to be chatting to locals in Mirboo North. Several locals stopped for a chat and one raised the issue of the Nats policy stance on Gas. Danny concurred with Darren Chester Nats member for Gippsland who was on Q&A last Monday night who stated that the Nats thought the community needed Gas to be able to transition towards renewables. 

Another common question overheard was “is there an election coming” to which Danny said, not for two more years in 2022. Danny was handing out small bottles of sanitiser, notepads with his details on, and pens.
