New Zealanders can travel freely to NT and NSW if they have been in New Zealand for 14 days and do not come from any hotspot zones.

States can participate if they follow the commonwealth hot spot definitions.

No quarantine if they come from non-hotspot areas.

Australian Govt will support “green lanes” at borders to collect information from New Zealanders when they arrive to allow contact tracing if needed.

Deputy Prime Minister Michael McCormack announced these new rules and indicated that SA could join this bubble if they wanted.  Jacinda Ardern will decide if Australians can travel to New Zealand. Mr McCormack hoped shearers would come over from New Zealand to help with the wool clip.
