To Francesco Iaera, that’s nine families without support. So, Francesco came up with an idea to help out. Francesco is the owner of Trulli and has hit the road, popping up in towns across the wider region, from Phillip Island to Traralgon, all those places where their customers travel
from. Last week they were in Mirboo North on a Monday. It’s important to understand that Mirboo North has its own pizza place, but it is closed on Monday and Tuesday. This is the approach Francesco is taking; not to compete but to provide a service on days when there is no other alternative. If the response from the people of Mirboo North says anything, it’s that Trulli makes a good pizza
